Review the offer: Once we receive an offer, we review it carefully and make sure you understand all the terms and conditions of the offer, including the purchase price, closing date, and any contingencies or special conditions.

Negotiate the offer: If you are not satisfied with the offer, your Designer Real Estate Group agent will suggest negotiate strategies until we and the buyer to reach an agreement that works for both parties.

Accept the offer: Once you are satisfied with the terms of the offer, you can sign the contract and accept the offer. Your agent will help you with the necessary paperwork and make sure everything is in order.

Open escrow: Once the offer is accepted, your agent will typically open an escrow account with a neutral third-party. This is to hold the funds and ensure that all the conditions of the sale are met before the transfer of ownership.

Complete the sale: During the escrow period, the buyer will typically have a home inspection and appraisal done. If everything checks out, the sale will move forward to closing. At closing, you will sign over the title to the buyer, and the buyer will pay you the agreed-upon purchase price.

Move out: Once the sale is complete, it's time to move out of your home. Make sure you have all your belongings packed up and ready to go, and leave the home in good condition for the new owners.
